Gold Constructionline Award
Following a rigorous accreditation process, we are delighted to announce that Diamond Controls has been awarded gold status with Constructionline.
Constructionline has been established for over 20 years and provides buyers access to fully validated, high quality suppliers in the construction sector. It helps procurement managers to simplify and speed up the process of awarding contracts by ensuring its members are complying with the highest standards. With four levels of membership available, Constructionline gold illustrates to buyers that an organisation has been subjected to increased scrutiny around governance and risk management.
Having been a silver member for several years, Diamond Controls applied for the higher standard of award to illustrate to buyers the emphasis placed on best practice in all areas of the business.
PAS 91
This accreditation includes a validated enhanced PAS 91 – a prequalification questionnaire developed by the British Standards Institute (BSI) for common standards for construction procurement.
Common Assessment Standard
The gold award also validates our compliance with the Common Assessment Standard championed by Build UK and the Civil Engineering Association (CECA). This goes beyond the questions posed in PAS 91 to assess a company’s credentials for environmental management, quality management, equal opportunities, modern slavery act adherence and anti-bribery and corruption policies.
SSIP Validation
The third key criteria Diamond Controls has been measured on is SSIP validation. The Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) certification demonstrates adherence to the required safety standards. This gives buyers peace of mind that an organisation looks after the welfare of its workforce and follows all best practice measures for health and safety.

Diamond Controls has many nationally recognised certifications including two ISO accreditations (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001), Safe Contractor status, SMAS Worksafe, NICEIC and ECA. Providing a comprehensive supply, design, and commissioning service for Leak Detection Systems and Trace Heating products, the company has worked on some of the most prominent buildings and landmarks in London and the South East.
