We provide Leak Detection System installation across London and the South East via our team of specialist engineers.
The team works seamlessly with our project managers and estimators to ensure your specification perfectly meets the needs of your property. This is backed up by fully documented installation processes, comprehensive operations and maintenance manuals, testing and commissioning.
We install our leak monitoring solutions in all forms of commercial buildings from offices, data centres and heritage sites right through to residential apartment blocks. Our installation teams get involved at all stages of a development – from the shell and core where critical services are added right through to the final fit out.
Once your specifications have been quoted and approved, our CAD design team will create an accurate schematic of your building and a leak location map that outlines all of the locations of our leak detection equipment.
Our logistics co-ordinator will then ensure all required materials are shipped to site for the required installation date.
Installation engineers will arrive in fully branded uniforms and vehicles and adhere to stringent health and safety procedures, aiming to create as minimal disruption as possible during their visit.
Following installation, each system is thoroughly tested and commissioned with certification to all parts, providing peace of mind that you have a reliable system in place.
All of our products have been hand-picked for their durable, proven reliability and we offer a five year warranty as standard on all leak detection system installations.
We supply market-leading leak detection equipment from Aquilar, AquiTron, AquiNet and TraceTek and are an authorised distributor for nVent RAYCHEM trace heating products. We also offer a range of gas detection equipment from suppliers such as Medem.
Products include a wide range of liquid sensing cables, sensors and alarm panels. We also offer wireless leak detection systems, major leak detection achieving BREEAM credits and remote alarm notification systems.
Operations & Maintenance Manuals
Once our engineers have completed the installation of your leak monitoring equipment and leak alarm systems are in place, we ensure all of our activities are fully documented and reported. Our project management team issues an operations and maintenance manual that includes recommended maintenance checks, data sheets and detailed drawings.
We can provide on-site training to your in-house personnel in both the operation and best practice maintenance for our leak monitoring equipment and also offer remote technical support when required.
For those who want to install our systems using a third party, our engineers are on hand for installation training for both Leak Detection Systems and Trace Heating Applications.
Annual servicing and maintenance checks are also provided via our team of service engineers.
We’re proud to hold many industry-leading accreditations. It’s testament to the emphasis we place on best-practice standards including Health and Safety.
