Diamond Controls Achieves SILVER-Level Carbon Charter Accreditation!
Diamond Controls has been awarded the SILVER-Level Carbon Charter Accreditation, marking another important milestone in our sustainability journey.
Following our recent achievement of the Waterwise Checkmark, receiving the Silver-Level Carbon Charter Accreditation represents another significant step forward in our commitment to reducing our environmental impact and embedding sustainability throughout our business.
The Carbon Charter Silver Level is a prestigious environmental award for small and medium-sized enterprises that can demonstrate measurable and sustained reductions in carbon emissions. The Silver Level accreditation requires documented evidence that a business is actively progressing its sustainability action plan.
During the assessment, the Panel commended Diamond Controls for several key achievements, including:
- On-site solar panels,reducing annual emissions by up to 5tCO₂e.
- An efficiently managed site using timers and power-down switches, alongside two EV charging points.
- Participation in the Supply Chain Sustainability School (Bronze) and achievement of the Waterwise Checkmark.

Achieving Silver-Level Carbon Charter Accreditation reflects our commitment to building a more sustainable future. As part of the assessment, the Carbon Charter Panel also provided several recommendations to help us continue improving our environmental performance. These recommendations will help shape the next steps in our sustainability journey as we continue working towards becoming carbon neutral and our ultimate Net Zero goal.
