Leak detection systems help end users, facilities managers and construction companies to get alerted to and identify leaks across water, gas, oil and other substances within their premises. We also provide energy efficient solutions for trace heating applications such as preventative frost protection, roof and gutter heating and hot water maintenance. These products prevent damage, unnecessary costs, wastage and mitigate potential safety issues.
The business operates a turnkey service that includes project management, design, installation, commissioning and servicing, delivering a high level of service and quality that is tailored to meet the needs of each customer. Our servicing and maintenance team are on hand for ongoing support and advice and to schedule the all-important maintenance visit. Plus, we offer an extended 2-year warranty from the manufacturers guarantee, meaning you can benefit from 5-year peace of mind when contracting Diamond Controls servicing and maintenance.
Our Team
Our dedicated team are specialists in their field and comprise project managers, engineers and installers and support team representatives. Field based engineers primarily work in Greater London and the surrounding counties but can also complete nationwide works as required.

We supply AquiTron Major Leak Detection systems and PIR Automatic Water Shut-Off systems to help obtain BREEAM credits within the assessment Wat 03 Water Leak Detection and Prevention.

Our History
2013
Purchase of Astec Ltd to create Trace Heating division, becoming an nVent RAYCHEM authorised distributor.
2018
The service and maintenance division is formally established with Lavinia Dean becoming Service and Maintenance Manager.
2019
Awarded two ISO accreditations, adding to those business already holds including NICEIC, ECA, Safe Contractor, SMAS and Constructionline.

The support and logistics team are based in our office in Norwich. Our engineers work in London, the South East and across the UK.
