Maintenance & Installation

These motorised ball valves are designed to be easy to install, with no need for a separate power supply. They are virtually maintenance-free, though an occasional check for debris or limescale (especially in hard water areas) is recommended to ensure smooth operation.

Valve Control Units

A Valve Control Unit is also available if required, designed to connect multiple valves to your commercial building’s leak detection system. Equipped with an internal backup battery and integrated charging circuit, the unit ensures continued operation of both the leak detection panel and valves during a power outage.

The Valve Control Unit features individual relays for each leak detection zone, enabling precise valve control and seamless integration with your Building Management System (BMS) on a zone-by-zone basis. A simple front-facing LED display keeps you updated on power status, clearly indicating whether the unit is operating on mains or battery power.
