Hanna is a dedicated member of the Diamond Controls team who provides vital administrative support across the business. Friendly, approachable, and always lovely to speak with, she takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while helping keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Whether managing documentation, coordinating office processes, or assisting with customer enquiries, Hanna brings exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach to everything she does. Her reliability, enthusiasm, and commitment to supporting both customers and colleagues make her a valued member of the team.

Poppy Lancaster

Office Administrator

An essential part of the Diamond Controls team, Poppy is often the first point of contact when you get in touch with our office. Friendly, professional, and efficient, she ensures every enquiry is handled promptly and directed to the right people. From logging new quote requests and organising project information to supporting our estimating team, Poppy plays a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly.

She also provides valuable administrative support across the business, using her exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Logistics Coordinator

As our Logistics Coordinator, Brian plays a vital role in keeping our operations running efficiently. He handles purchase order processing, oversees stock management, and ensures materials are delivered on time so our engineers have everything required to complete their projects without delay. He works closely with our network of suppliers, ensuring every request is fulfilled promptly and accurately.

Harish Rambhatla

Customer Service Advisor for Trace Heating Supplies

Harish is responsible for liaising with our clients and providing excellent customer support. As your primary point of contact, he ensures a smooth and professional experience when placing orders, requesting quotations, or enquiring about pricing.

Working closely with our Estimating Team, Harish manages incoming sales enquiries, processes orders through our website and internal systems. His commitment to clear communication and attention to detail helps ensure every client receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Maria Novicka

Sales and Marketing Executive

Maria’s role as Sales and Marketing Executive focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive growth and revenue opportunities. Collaborating with the estimating team and marketing manager, she enhances brand awareness and ensures effective communication with stakeholders. Maria also leads business development efforts, manages the company’s social media channels to strengthen online presence, and identifies new market opportunities.

Ella Field

Finance Assistant

Ella is an integral part of our finance operations, ensuring the seamless management of supplier and client invoices by accurately logging and processing them in a timely manner. Her role is vital to maintaining the efficiency of our administrative processes, and she works closely with the Finance Manager, estimators, and project managers to support the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

With exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, Ella’s precision and dedication ensure that all administrative tasks are handled with the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.

Jamie Blackett

Project Administrator

Jamie brings a proactive approach to supporting our projects. He plays a critical role in providing top-tier technical support to our internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of projects while continuously driving innovation within the company.

Liam Styles

Leak Detection & Trace Heating Estimator

Liam provides Leak Detection and Trace Heating estimation and project management as part of his role.

He works closely with clients to interpret specifications and design drawings to create detailed quotes and proposals. Our comprehensive project management service includes working with you at the start of a project, answering technical queries, and coordinating the supply of requirements.

Eden Shields

Trace Heating Estimator & Technical Support

Eden works as an estimator for our Trace Heating division and interprets specifications and design drawings to create detailed quotes and proposals for Trace Heating projects.

Eden is also available for trace heating technical support queries well as organising and handling enquiries and orders from our supply only division, Trace Heating Supplies.

Claude

Office Junior

Claude is the newest addition to the Diamond Controls team. He’s always on his best behaviour when visiting the office and loves getting cuddles from the team. Away from the office, he’s busy preparing for his first appearance at Crufts!

Claude, Alfie & Cyril

Office Juniors

If you visit our office, you may be lucky enough to meet Alfie and Cyril. Vital members of the Diamond Controls team, Alfie’s biggest responsibility is to alert colleagues when the sandwich van has arrived. Cyril is definitely the office mascot. They are experts at making sure the team get their exercise during breaks.

Molly Daines

Office Administrator

An integral cog in the Diamond Controls machine, Molly is your first point of contact when you call the office, ensuring that your enquiry is dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. She will log your enquiry for quoting and ensure all of your project details are filed and available for our estimating team and will keep you informed throughout the process.

Molly also provides hands-on administrative support to team members. She’s highly organised and able to juggle a multitude of tasks to cope with the increasing needs of the business.

James Higham

Office Manager & Senior Administrator

James is our Office Manager. He is instrumental in organising and establishing effective processes that help push the business forward. He also provides administrative support to team members and oversees the day to day office management, bringing the team together to get the job done. Organised and happy to go the extra mile to ensure we deliver consistently high customer service to clients, James has a keen eye for detail and a friendly, methodical approach to his work.

Outside of the office, James is a proficient musician, playing the euphonium in one local brass band and is conductor for another. If he’s not practicing for his next performance, you’ll find James volunteering for the local Scouts.

Louise Hickin

Finance Assistant

Louise supports the smooth running of our busy head office by ensuring all supplier and client invoices are logged and processed promptly. She is an integral cog in our administration team, working with our Finance Manager, estimators and project managers.

Highly organised and with excellent attention to detail, you’ll find Louise in the office Monday-Thursday each week.

Matthew Ivany

Finance Manager

Matthew manages client credit accounts, supplier payments and internal management accounts including payroll. He also ensures we’re using best practice measures and tools to create an efficient, streamlined accounts operation.

Reporting to the directors, he is responsible for forecasting and liaises with all team members to ensure the smooth running of operations within the business.

Sian Fisher

Business Development Executive

Our Business Development Executive is responsible for client liaison and is a key point of contact for both new and existing customers. Whether it’s forging new client relationships or helping our clients with quote amends and specification changes, Sian works to deliver a customer focused solution. We take great pride in exceeding client expectations and work to continuously improve our service to clients.

Sian also coordinates with suppliers to ensure we have the latest updates and know-how for new products ahead of their launch.

Andrew Bardwell

Logistics Coordinator

Andrew is essential to the smooth running of our operations. As logistics coordinator, he raises purchase orders, distributes materials, is in charge of stock control and makes sure the delivery of your materials runs smoothly so that our engineers have all they need to complete the works. He coordinates with our suppliers and fulfils all supply-only sales of our Leak Detection and Trace Heating products.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading and is an avid football fan.

Karl Brooks

Logistics Coordinator

As our Logistics Coordinator, Karl is responsible for the running of our operations. He’s always on the look out for new ways to develop effective processes that help us to continuously improve our logistics and operations capabilities.

Managing stock control and liaising with our engineering team, servicing and maintenance, and estimating teams, he’s able to ensure the right products get to the right people at the right time!

Kehinde Asonibare

CAD Engineer

Kehinde assists the project team, liaising with estimators and engineers to generate CAD drawings that show the locations of our systems in client buildings. These drawings are a crucial component of our operations and maintenance manuals and provide detailed plans of the frameworks of leak detection and trace heating systems.

Lee Blackett

CAD Engineer Team Leader

Lee is part of our project team and co-ordinates with our estimators and engineers to generate CAD drawings for our Leak Detection and Trace Heating Systems. He works to establish the exact locations and framework of our systems so that detailed operations and maintenance manuals can be created for our clients. It’s an important part of the commissioning process following the installation of our system.

In his spare time, Lee enjoys playing football and has a keen interest in high-performance cars.

Diego Martínez

Trace Heating Estimator & Technical Support

Diego works closely with clients to interpret specifications and design drawings to create detailed quotes and proposals for Trace Heating projects. Whether working with you at the start of a project, answering technical queries, or coordinating the supply and commissioning of your Trace Heating System, he is on hand to assist you every step of the way.

Diego is also responsible for organising and handling enquiries and orders from our supply only division, Trace Heating Supplies.

Jovin Mathias

Leak Detection Estimator & Technical Support

Jovin provides Leak Detection estimation and project management as part of his role.

Paul Davis

Head of Design and Estimating

Paul heads up the estimating team at Diamond Controls, so he’s in charge of getting as much information as possible from site visits to accurately interpret your specifications and design drawings in order to come up with a proposal that is compliant, well-engineered and importantly for you, the best value for money.

Paul also provides technical support on all leak detection and trace heating systems, provides client training, and he finds making an impact and solving sometimes complex technical issues very rewarding.

Paul isn’t just busy at work though. In his spare time, he is a section leader with the Sea Scouts, enjoys running and sharing with us the fruits of his labour on his allotment.

Marie Ames

Service & Maintenance Coordinator

Marie is the woman who makes sure all the pieces of the jigsaw are there when you need them. She coordinates planned works with our engineers, servicing manager, and logistics coordinator, ensuring all materials are available on-site when required. Organising and overseeing a process to its completion is what she excels in!

Marie enjoys being part of the family business as well as in the Diamond Controls team. Outside of work, Marie spends time with her family, is an avid movie fan, bookworm and loves being outdoors and walking her dogs.

Lavinia Dean

Service & Maintenance Manager

Lavinia manages the maintenance and minor works department and is the point of contact for all aspects, such as quotations, scheduling, visits and reporting.

She is also responsible for managing commissioning projects and liaises with our field-based team to ensure projects are completed on time and our in-depth reports completed.

Away from working with her professional, resourceful and knowledgeable colleagues and engineers, she likes playing PS4 games, watching action/ sci-fi/ horror movies (anything with special effects), reading classics, gardening and spending time with her family.

Sophie Ames

HR Business Partner

Our people are what make Diamond Controls the success it is. It’s Sophie’s role to provide strategic and hands-on advice to support business HR requirements. Whether through compliance with relevant employment legislation, understanding and implementing training plans and policies and working with direct reports to achieve business goals or just being there for a chat, Sophie works hard to create a supportive, family-like and positive working environment in order to get the very best from the team. And with Diamond Controls’ growing reputation for professionalism, that hard work is paying off! Outside of work, Sophie’s life is filled with family, children, dogs, and a variety of other creatures.

Iain Ames

Company Director

Iain is responsible for the quality of service Diamond Controls provides to you, so you’ll see him on-site, running our team of skilled engineers in the field. His favourite thing about heading up Diamond Controls is the satisfaction he gets from the great feedback we regularly receive from clients as well as the team spirit and everyone working towards a common aim, which is to do a great job and make our customers happy! At home, Iain spends as much time as possible with his two children and wife and enjoys keeping fit and active.
